I have access to hundreds of lender's wholesale rates, which allows me to offer lower interest rates and more loan options than most banks, credit unions, and direct lenders. I essentially get you the same loan programs as those lenders, but since I get them for a reduced cost to me, I pass on that savings to you, the consumer.
I have access to any loan program you can possibly imagine, we'll just need to find the one that is right for you. I do not believe in putting my clients into programs that are not beneficial to their financial future, and I will go over, point by point with you the pluses and minuses of each program you are considering.
